RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I gladly accept returns. Contact me within14 days of delivery. Return items back within 30 days of delivery. I accept cancellations if made within 2 hours of purchase. After this time I may have already purchased postage and shipped your order. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Due to the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
Unless faulty, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be issued via the original method of purchase once returned goods have been recieved. Thank you for your understanding.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
ARTofFLIGHTmacrame ships only to the UK. All orders are sent via Hermes (2-5 working days delivery time). Please provide your email upon purchase to recieve tracking information. Please contact me with any queries regarding deliveries.
Please note, shipping fees apply. I have tried to make my shipping fees as fair as possible. I do not make any money from shipping. In fact my shipping fees are less than the actual cost to ship so please don't begrudge me!
All my packaging is plastic free so please reuse and recycle! :)
